    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
  • Quality Check:
    Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our warehouse to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We periodically offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders over a certain amount—check our homepage or newsletter for the latest offers.
  • All applicable taxes or surcharges are included in the total shipping fee shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.
You can click the link provided to view the current status of your shipment.
If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are pleased to offer delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Please note:

  • Shipments to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times depending on the carrier and destination.
  • Express or expedited shipping options may not be available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Please ensure that your full military address and ZIP code are correctly entered at checkout.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  • Delayed Packages: Allow 1–3 additional business days during busy periods.
  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll help file a claim and send a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Packages: Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items, then contact our support team immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers.
We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Split Shipments

For larger or multi-item orders, we may ship products separately to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

10. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, carrier transit times may be longer than usual.
We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery.
