Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing you with premium-quality hair care products and a pleasant shopping experience.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, sealed condition (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • The return must be initiated through our Customer Support Team before shipping the item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or samples
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@jbca.us.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).

4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at [admin@jbca.us] with your order details.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Carefully pack your items in the original packaging and ship them to our designated U.S. return warehouse address.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send your return without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the return.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at [admin@jbca.us] for assistance.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it.
